Mystique Moksha Yoga Classes

Our classes are designed to meet the needs of all of our students. Whilst some classes like the Gentle Yoga as well as Restorative Yin or Restorative Yoga are geared to deeply relax both muscles, connective tissue and the nervous system, other classes like Yoga tor all levels, Hatha, Vinyasa and Flow classes are more geared to stimulate circulation, strength and energy. The Yoga Foundation class is somewhere in between, able to both stimulate and relax and is particularly useful for students new to yoga.

Shanti (translates to peace). This class is
designed to instill peace in the minds and
bodies of its students. It is gentle, relaxing and
deeply nourishing the nervous system.

Hatha Yoga Beginner

Hatha (Translates to Sun-Moon). It teaches us about the duality that exists in life and through its classical teachings of Yoga Philosophy, body postures, and sequences, breathing techniques and meditation.
